You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you submit with each project.

Accounts are personal to the client or writer who registered them and should not be shared.

Submitting a project is a request for a quotation, not a confirmed order. Work begins only after you accept a quotation and payment is received.

Prices shown by the pricing calculator are estimates. The quotation sent by our team after review is the final price.

Completed work is intended as a model answer, reference material, and study aid to support your own learning, and should be used in line with your institution's academic integrity policies.

Revision requests should relate to the original instructions provided at submission. Significant changes to scope may require a new quotation.

Don't use the platform for unlawful purposes, to submit fraudulent payment details, or to attempt to contact another user outside the platform in a way that undermines the confidentiality both sides rely on.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform means you accept the current version.
